Crioulo horses
“Crioulo is known as ´America´s Horse`. Among the races developed by Iberic dicoverers, Crioulo was the one that kept, in the most faithfull way, to our days, its Spanish origin´s strong characteristics. No other horse achieved such integration with men in Brasil as Crioulo, on the southern borders and meadows. The hard days of battles are gone, but work on the fields keep on beeing tough to men and horses. Living on what can be found on the pasture, facing cold and wind without breaking down, Crioulo works from sunrise to sunset, thus contributing to our country´s rural economy. “
